Small Print Stuff!

RESERVATIONS:

• Season: Open weekends beginning with the 1^st weekend of April through middle of December. Visit may be extended on either side of weekend. Open Valentine’s weekend with a two-night minimum stay. Reservations are taken year-round.

• Reservations may be confirmed with a one (1) night deposit.

• Cash, Traveler Checks, VISA & MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover accepted.

• Cancellation:  Deposit refunded (less $25.00 processing fee) or may be applied to another reservation date, if we are notified 14 days prior to the arrival date.

• Early Departure: Your entire reservation must be honored.

• Two night weekend bookings from April through December, apply to the following rooms: Alpine, Country Oak, Windsor and Victorian. Two night weekend bookings apply to all rooms from September through December.

• Special group & extended booking rates available.

Check-in time is 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

Check-out time is by 10:30 AM. Please make alternate arrangements if unable to check-in at designated time.

Smoking policy:  For health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside verandas. Thank you.

Children sixteen and older are welcome.

Pets?  Sorry no room in the Inn!

TV & Bath robes available in every room.

Exercise Room & Outdoor Hot Tub — bring swimwear!

Full Breakfast — 8:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
